For 33 years, Professional Development Seminars has been providing seminars to help PEs around the country complete their continuing education requirements in one go. In the last few years, the in-person seminar delivery style has changed to an online webinar delivery style, but as a partner to PDHengineer who shares our values, PDS’s commitment to quality has not wavered.

This year, PDS is continuing the annual tradition with two different two-day seminar series that are designed to knock out your PDH requirements in one go. Each session will provide 15 PDH and includes one hour of ethics.

Mechanical / Electrical: September 10 and 11 (Wednesday and Thursday)

Some topics include “Electric Lighting Design and Characteristics,” “Engineering Triumphs – Sports Projectiles,” and “A Simple Way to Look at Three-Phase Power.”

Civil / Structural: September 16 and 17 (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Some topics include “The Simplified Design and Practical Use of Engineered Wood Products,” “Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) Walls and Geosynthetics,” and “Axial Design and Post-Grouting in Drilled Shaft Foundations.”

These sessions will be held entirely online and can be attended from your home office or even a tablet or smartphone. And if you are licensed in a state with specific requirements like Florida, Illinois, or Indiana, simply contact PDS’s support team for assistance with completing your requirements.
